Volunteers: Week of 8/9/10
Hey, gang! Weeeeeeeeeeee're baaaaaaa-ack! Yoohoo! So, although we won't be ready to start on sewing for Pinkalilcious tomorrow (Tuesday), we will have plenty to do in the loft. Right now, we're trying to get our shoe situation sorted out so that we can have more room and less stress in our space! So, if you're available tomorrow between 12 and 3, come on up to the loft and sort some shoes with us. You'll be sole glad you did... Ahahahaha! I'm a riot!
Now, then, for Pinkalicious, Mallory Devlin is back in the loft. You might remember her work from Pippi Longstocking last season. We'll be doing measurements early tomorrow during rehearsal. So, we'll definitely have some projects ready for your hands on Wed., Thurs., and Fri. of this week. The loft will be open between 8:30 and 3. If you plan on staying to help, please hang out over at Roosevelt and make sure that I know that you're here to volunteer. I'll head over with you and we'll get you started on a project that will surely tickle you pink!
Okay, enough for now. See you up the stairs!

Thank you, Volunteers!
Just a big thank you to the volunteers who have helped us pull the last minute alterations and finishing touches together for Fame.
Opening night is going to be fun! Make sure that you've made your ticket reservations. For more info, visit www.juniortheatre.com or call the box office (619) 239-8355.
Now then, don't think we're being lazy up in the costume loft. We've got lots of organizing, sorting, and purging to do in order to get ready for our big costume sale in October. But before that, Pinkalicious is just on the horizon! Think pink! Check here next week for details on when we can use volunteers up in the loft both to paint the town pink and to sell some mad costumes for Halloween!
See you up the stairs!

Fame! We're Gonna Sew Forever...
Not really...
Actually, we're doing really well in that department. Now then, that said, we have plenty of machine and hand sewing that needs to be done to finish up the alterations for next week's dress rehearsals. So, please stop by this week and pitch in to make this show just as 80s as it can be!
The loft will be open for volunteers Tuesday through Friday from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. daily. I'm looking forward to seeing all of your bright and shiny faces! See you up the stairs!
